Abbie School was founded in November of 2013 by the most passionate kind of advocates, parents. Abbie looks at each student through the lens of ability, focusing on the development of the skills, talents and interests, which will ensure both personal and academic success. Today Abbie is an accredited private school in central Tucson serving close to 60 students with autism and related disabilities.
Arizona Center for Autism (ACA), Abbie’s parent organization, is extending its focus beyond Abbie School and is looking at ways to serve individuals with autism and their families in the greater Tucson community.
ACA works to empower individuals with Autism to live their best life, starting young and continuing along the lifespan. Our programs and services are growing with the evolution and understanding of the unique challenges facing individuals on the spectrum and their families.
